These terms cover the Scripture Champions apps for iPhone, iPad and Android and the website at scripturechampions.com (together, “Scripture Champions”), made by Tim Taylor. By using Scripture Champions you agree to them. If you download the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies.
The short version
Big Stories of the Bible is free. A membership opens every Adventure for the whole family: a 7-day free trial, then $9.99 a month or $99 a year, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime, at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends, and you won’t be charged again.
Memberships and the free trial
A membership unlocks every Adventure, including new ones as they are added, for everyone in your family who plays on your devices. A new member gets 7 days free. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the membership starts and you are charged the price shown when you subscribed. It then renews automatically each month or year, at the same price unless we tell you about a change in advance. One free trial per family.
Bought in the iPhone or iPad app: payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Bought in the Android app: payment is charged to your Google account. Manage or cancel in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Bought on the website: payment is processed by Stripe through our billing provider, RevenueCat. Manage or cancel in Scripture Champions’ Settings (the gear), under Membership.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your family account or the app does not cancel a membership; please cancel it as described above.
Refunds
Purchases in the apps are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; you can request a refund from them directly. For a membership bought on the website, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
Family accounts
A family account is for the parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping access to it safe and for how the children in your family use Scripture Champions. You can delete the account at any time from For grown-ups.
Using Scripture Champions
Scripture Champions is for personal, family and church-classroom use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute its lessons, audio or artwork, or try to get around the membership. Scripture quotations are from the Holy Bible, New Living Translation, and remain the property of their publisher.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Scripture Champions accurate and available, but it is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change affects your membership price, we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel.
